How Will my Order be Sent to Me?

All orders ship out the same business day so long as it was placed prior to 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. All other orders will be shipped out the following business day at approximately 4:00 PM at which time a tracking number will be sent to you via FedEx.

Our shipping options range from next-day air, to ground. There will always be a ship service to best suite your time frame. 

Please Note: We do not ship to PO boxes, nor do we ship cash on delivery. After the order has been placed and we send the ticket to our warehouse staff, there is only a very small window to change the ship service. Please choose carefully when selecting a ship option as it is difficult to impossible to change after the order has been placed.

All orders ship out the same day if ordered before 1pm PST, for orders that are placed after 1pm PST we will ship out the very next business day. All orders require a signature for delivery, if a shipment cannot be delivered within 30 days the courier will automatically return the goods to FIRGELLI.

We ship from our warehouse located at: 1350 Slater Road, Unit 11 & 12, Ferndale, WA 98248

How can I return a product? What is your return policy?

We accept returns within the first 30 days. As long as the product is in new and unused condition, is in original packaging, and passes a thorough inspection, you will be eligible for a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee (unless a replacement order is placed). Customer is responsible for the return shipping for any item ordered in error or no longer suitable.

Please email with your order number, description of the issue, part number, and quantity. We will evaluate your issue and send you an RMA form to print out and include in your return packaging.

I just placed my order how do I change my shipping service?

We cannot change ship service once the order has been placed. We can cancel the order so you can place a new order with the correct ship service. Please provide your Firgelli order number when you make this request via email or phone.

My order just shipped out, can I change the shipping so that I get it sooner?

Once your order has shipped, the ship service cannot be changed and there is nothing we can do from that point on. Your order is in the hands of the courier and that is who you should contact.

Can I use my own shipping account?

We accept your UPS, FedEx or DHL account within the USA only. There is a $10 fee for us to manually process your order using your own account.

How do I get my tracking number?

A tracking number will be sent to you within one business day of your order being processed via FedEx.
